By accessing or using Transcribiscie app ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Transcribiscie app provides AI-powered transcription services for audio and video files through Telegram integration. The Service includes:

  • Automatic transcription of audio and video content
  • Speaker identification and diarization
  • AI-generated summaries and action points
  • Integration with Zoom for automatic recording processing
  • Semantic search across transcripts
  • Visual diagram generation from conversations

3. User Obligations

3.1 Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Upload or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
  • Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law
  • Infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the rights of others
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
  • Use the Service to process content you do not have the right to process

3.2 Content Ownership

You retain all rights to the content you upload to the Service. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to the content and the right to grant us permission to process it.

4. Service Limitations

The Service is provided "as is" with the following limitations:

  • File size limit: 2GB per file
  • Supported formats: MP4, AVI, MOV, MKV, WMV, WebM for video; MP3, WAV, AAC, FLAC, OGG, M4A for audio
  • Processing times may vary based on file size and service load
  • Transcription accuracy depends on audio quality and clarity

5. Zoom Integration

When you connect your Zoom account:

  • You authorize the Service to access your Zoom cloud recordings
  • The Service will automatically process completed recordings
  • You can disconnect your Zoom account at any time
  • You are responsible for managing your Zoom account security

6. Data Processing and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the processing of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key points include:

  • We process your content only to provide the Service
  • Transcripts and audio files are temporarily stored during processing
  • We use third-party AI services (Deepgram, Anthropic Claude) for processing
  • You can request deletion of your data at any time

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Transcribiscie app and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Generated transcripts and summaries are provided to you, but you acknowledge that the underlying AI models and processing technology remain our property or the property of our service providers.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Transcriptions will be 100% accurate
  • Any errors in the Service will be corrected
  • The Service will meet your specific requirements

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRANSCRIBISCIE APP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

10. Modifications to Service and Terms

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We also reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
